Gordon Bowen, one of mcgarrybowen's three co-founders, sees amazing things in our future. And why not? Under his creative leadership, we've produced defining campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients, including Chase, Crayola, Reebok, Verizon, Disney, and Marriott. But even more importantly, Gordon believes the things that make mcgarrybowen special - including our dedication to big organizing ideas and our commitment to producing "work that works" - are the very things that will drive our future success.
Time magazine has rightfully dubbed Gordon a creator of "emotional blockbusters" thanks to his portfolio of acclaimed work. The legendary "Membership Has Its Privileges" campaign for American Express, one of Advertising Age's "Campaigns of the Decade," resides in Gordon's book, as does the more recent "Chase Freedom" campaign that was behind the most successful credit card launch in history. While he's won numerous awards for making people laugh as well as cry, Gordon's always proudest of making ads that simply work.
